This past weekend I participated in Ludum Dare 55. The team included Substain and Roburab who I met in a previous game jam and really enjoy working with.
The game jam was only 72 hours and we ended up with one level, so my musical contribution was the main menu and battle music.
I had to deal with some personal matters out of town during the weekend so I ended up making the action music on my laptop just using the computer keyboard. Now I've got my eye on a Komplete Kontrol M32 for future outings and the capability to work on music outdoors.
By the time I got back home we only had a few hours left, but that kind of pressure can often help you make decisions a lot faster!
